Daytime Care
7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Daytime newborn care support, allowing parents to rest, run errands, and recover while their baby receives expert, attentive care.
Overnight Care
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Overnight support with a minimum of 8 hours per shift. Your NCS handles all nighttime feedings, soothing, and care so you can truly rest.
Full-Time Live-In Care (Birth–12 Months)
Full-time, up to 12 Months
A live-in Newborn Care Specialist resides in your home, providing around-the-clock or extended-shift care (16–20 hours/day). A private bedroom is required.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Feeding support — breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or combination
- Diapering, bathing, umbilical cord care, and newborn hygiene
- Safe sleep education and guidance
- Gentle sleep habit and daily routine establishment
- Soothing techniques and responsive newborn care
- Parent education and hands-on training
- Light newborn-related household tasks
- Overnight care and recovery support
